The Restaurant

The timber building which hosts the restaurant raises in front of a wide garden which opens to the park in its entirety.

Respect for seasons’ rhythms, sustainable life style’s carefulness and involvement of local farms are at the base of our cuisine.

Most of the ingredients used for the creation of our dishes come from plantations, farms and hard work of local farmers.

Local history and traditions helped us to increase the value of local dishes and pushed us forward to propose new ones, inspired by the curiosity of discover different combinations and unexplored flavors.

On our tables there’s plenty of space for all food habits, featuring both meat and veggie proposals.

Restaurant is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
The restaurant is open for lunch also on other week-days only on booking and for a minimum of ten guests.
